Had a special guest in the forge this weekend. Andrew Trousdale he just didn't look right not being on a motorcycle. LOL He has been wanting to forge a knife for a very longtime and got his chance. Another one of the guys that seems to be good at everything.

Forging Resilience is a grassroots knife-making program for Purple Heart veterans and wounded officers in Texas. Through physical and mental work, many find peace in an unexpected place: the forge.

Pretty excited about the new induction forge!! I hope this will give me the ability to work more in the summer. Almost zero heat off of it, as opposed to my gas forge which runs close to 2000° in the summer the shop is over 130 so I can only work a few hours a day.

I very excited and honored to announce that I have been asked to put some of my knives into the The Peace Gallery located in Damariscotta ME. I will be starting off with 3 knives that will be displayed. If they sell 25% of the price will go to the Veteran only art Gallery. They are a non-profit gallery that only displays veteran art and are 100% volunteer. I am trying now to finish the first 3 to go on display at the gallery.
