Spiced peach jam!!
We have some available, and we’ll have more available shortly!!

This one holds a very special place in my heart as it is the one I made with my mom when she was teaching me to can.

We make it with our own, organically grown, freshly picked peaches, organic sugar, pectin, lemon juice, vitamin C, organic cinnamon, organic allspice, and organic cloves, and a dab of butter to keep the frothing down.

It smells amazing! Imagine peach cobbler flavors!

Feel free to ask any questions.

Grapes and eggs? What’s the connection you ask?

Well, we just canned up some of the most amazing grape juice, and grape jelly, made with our own, organically grown wild fox Grapes, and the grape mash that is left over, goes to the chickens, who make such healthy nutritious eggs!

Both wild grape jelly and our fresh local eggs are available.

Here are the benefits from the chickens enjoying the wild grape mash per AI:

“Feeding wild grape mash provides highly effective antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and digestive benefits for chickens. Crushing wild grapes into a mash eliminates choking hazards, allows chickens to easily digest the nutrient-dense skins, and makes it a safe, highly sought-after treat for your flock.Key Nutritional BenefitsReduces Intestinal Inflammation: Recent agricultural research highlights that the upcycled elements of grape mash (specifically the skin and seeds, often called grape pomace) significantly mitigate low-grade gut inflammation caused by nutritional stress. According to Farms.com, “We were able to mitigate low-grade inflammation, which is status quo in the poultry industry.” Boosts Immunity & Antioxidants: Wild grapes are naturally packed with polyphenols, Vitamin C, and Vitamin K. These compounds neutralize free radicals, support healthy immune function, and strengthen blood clotting and bone density.Suppresses Harmful Gut Bacteria: Grape byproducts possess natural antimicrobial properties. Studies show that regular, moderate consumption reduces dangerous pathogens in the gut like E. coli, Salmonella, and Clostridium.Improves Egg & Meat Quality: Feeding grape mash to laying hens has been shown to increase shell thickness, improve shell breaking strength, and enhance the healthy fatty acid profile of egg yolks.”
