Cor Cooks I’m not a chef or a cook just a dad with a love of good food, these are just some of the meals and I prepare for my family and friends

I am a stay at home expat dad, from Australia, living currently in Hong Kong with my family. My favourite foods are those I have caught whether that be fishing, diving or Hunting and when I buy food my first stop is a fresh food market, or wet market here in Hong Kong. I am as happy on the ocean as I am in the bush, the outdoors just make me happy. I have spent a lifetime learning from my fathe

r and uncles to fish dive and hunt, and with a mum as a great cook I have believe I have learnt from the best. My food is never to complicated, just designed to taste good, although sometimes it can be 3 to 4day process from prep to table. My favourite meats are lean meats like Venison and Kangaroo, and as far as sweets chocolate is number 1. I love Kayaking, Skiing, Mountain biking, windsurfing and just about anything with a bit of risk and adventure. Corcooks will showcase a bit of this, my family, my life in Hong Kong and the foods I cook.
