Casa Jipi Sauvignon Blanc Skin Contact from Valle de Guadalupe 🇲🇽

Yes… Jipi = “Hippie” in Spanish, and it kind of fits the vibe.

This is a skin-contact “orange” wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, fermented on the skins for about a month. That’s where the color, texture, and attitude come from.

Think apricot, orange blossom, green tea, and a soft citrus bite with a dry, lingering finish.

Pairs beautifully with:
