Every Thursday Jacob and I check the Fortune Fish news to find out what’s fresh off the boat, where it’s fished and sometimes farmed. We’ve had great experiences with sustainability farmed seafood too, transparency is key.

Early Friday morning I meet up with Valentin, our FF driver, at an undisclosed top secret location 😂 for the fish hand over.

Working quickly to keep the fish cool we portion and vacuum pack, always making sure to have plenty smaller portions for single households and light eaters👍.

We offer fresh fish Friday through Sunday YEAR AROUND and you can always find a good selection of seafood at 20% discount in our freezer.

We also love to help with SPECIAL SEAFOOD ORDERS. If it’s available we will get it for you!

Current customer cheese favorite, this Gouda with Foenegreek tastes of creamy nuttiness. Great with Pinot Gris or the Birdwatcher Rosé. (Also great with beer😉)

These three lovelies… Three Oaks artist Janice, calls them Conspiracy of Crows.
I love the feather detail. Just out of the kiln today and being offered for sale at 6 Linden. Not edible, but Local and Exceptional for sure!
