Families new to our weekly CSA program often wonder what to expect. We strive to give you a great variety of 8-12 seasonal fruits/veggies in each pickup/delivery.

We also realize that life gets a little unpredictable (especially in the summer months) and sometimes you just don’t feel like cooking. In the times that you may not make it through a whole week’s worth of produce, we encourage you to take a few minutes and shred or cut and freeze/can the leftovers. Even small portions help the grocery bill in the winter months and make delicious and quick meals!

New members will receive “From Asparagus to Zucchini,” one of our very favorite resources for getting to know your produce, including practical ideas for serving, recipes, storage and preservation.

We’re using some of last summer’s tomatoes, carrots, peppers and onions out of the freezer tonight to pull together a sauce that tastes a lot like summer. 😋

It’s National CSA Week!

The longer days, sunshine and recent break in weather have us super excited for the upcoming season and we’ll be sharing information about the CSA program and our farm all week to celebrate!

CSA, or "Community Supported Agriculture," is a unique model of food distribution. When you become a member of our CSA, you're purchasing a "share" of seasonal vegetables/produce from our farm.

It’s still a busy season for us! We’re teaming up with the Glen Oaks Lady Vikings softball team to support their spring training trip to Myrtle Beach.
