You can place your order for FRIDAY PICK UP starting today - you have until Tuesday to order.

Missed last week? Say you forget to order by Tuesday-

It’s our first SUNDAY FUNDAY! 👏👏👏

You’ll see the menu looks a little plumper! More options with more to come as we work out the kinks.

Ordering is ONLINE and ready to go. YOU CAN CALL OR TEXT YOUR ORDER to 272-250-9521 if you prefer, but know that it may a few minutes - hours for our reply.

Orders must be in by 6pm ON TUESDAYS for pick up on FRIDAYS.

We will have two Friday pick up time frames, 11am-1pm and 4pm-6pm with a curbside pickup option!

Please do not use comments or Facebook/Instagram messenger to order as we don’t always see the message.

We are SOUPER excited for this!

FYI, you may not see every item available on our website, we are currently working on fine tuning the products. (For instant, the meatloaf dinner will be available in the near future)

We had a great day for our last dine in day here at Throop Soups — A Plant Based Cafe ! Eddie organized a little acoustic jam session!

We are already planning our first pop up sit down dinner this fall! More details on those at a later date.

We are moving “Tuesday News Day” to “Sunday Fun Day!” tomorrow!

You’ll be able to order your pick up order for Friday, starting tomorrow Orders must be in by Tuesday.

Although we encourage the use of our online ordering, you can text us or call us with your order to 272-250-9521 and pay in person on Friday.

We are absolutely thrilled to continue to bring delicious plant based food to you and offer more community, space, yoga, and wellness all around!!
