Sweet Mesquite Salmon Recipe

INGREDIENTS
6 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
1 teaspoon Seasoned Pepper
add to cart
¼ cup Sweet Mesquite & Ale Sauce

DIRECTIONS
Season salmon fillets with Seasoned Pepper. Place in a gallon freezer bag. Add Sweet Mesquite & Ale Sauce. Seal well; toss to coat. Refrigerate 2 hours or up to overnight.
Remove salmon from bag; discard bag with marinade. Place, skin-side-down, in a greased air fryer basket or on greased rack in second position of air fryer.
Set air fryer to 375°F (do not preheat). Air fry 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until internal temperature reaches 145°F on an instant-read food thermometer.
Makes 6 servings.

Serve with Air Fryer Asparagus.

Make Ahead & Freeze: Prepare step 1, dividing salmon and marinade among 6 sandwich-sized zipper storage bags. Seal well; toss to coat. Place all bags in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze flat. When ready to serve, continue with step 2 removing frozen salmon from bag. Increase time to 15 minutes per inch of thickness or until internal temperature reaches 145°F on an instant-read food thermometer.

Loaded TS Tots Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 (32 ounce) package frozen tater tots
1½ teaspoons Garlic Pepper Seasoning
add to cart
2 cups shredded triple Cheddar cheese with cream cheese (such as Kraft® Creamy Melt)
½ pound bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
TS House Sauce
Sliced green onions, chopped tomatoes, optional

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place tater tots in a single layer on baking sheet. Sprinkle with Garlic Pepper Seasoning. Bake 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and drizzle with TS House Sauce. Sprinkle with green onions and tomatoes, if desired.
Makes 8 servings.

Roasted Garlic & Red Pepper Potatoes Recipe

INGREDIENTS
2½ pounds baby red potatoes, cubed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
⅓ cup milk
1 packet Roasted Garlic & Red Pepper Cheese Ball Mix
add to cart

DIRECTIONS
1. In large saucepan, place potatoes in enough water to cover. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes or until fork tender; drain.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Mash to combine.
3. Cover with lid; let rest 5 minutes to blend flavors. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Grilled Steak with Chimichurri Sauce Recipe
Chimichurri, a fresh sauce made of olive oil, parsley and garlic. We've kicked it up with Sí Sí Cilantro.

INGREDIENTS
1 bunch fresh flat-leaf parsley, stems removed, chopped
1 small fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
1 tablespoon Si Si Cilantro Seasoning

2 teaspoons Garlic Garlic Seasoning
add to cart
1½ teaspoons Seasoned Salt , divided

½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
1½ pounds boneless beef sirloin steak

DIRECTIONS
Using a blender or immersion blender, combine first 4 ingredients and ½ teaspoon Seasoned Salt. Blend, drizzling in olive oil, until well combined. Let stand 15 minutes.
Prepare grill to medium heat. Sprinkle steak with remaining 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt.
Place steak on grill. Grill, turning once, until desired doneness is reached on an instant-read food thermometer (145°F for medium-rare; 160°F for medium), about 16-20 minutes.
Remove steak from grill. Cover with foil and let stand 5-10 minutes. Slice across the grain. Sitr chimichurri sauce; drizzle over steak slices.
Makes 6 servings.

Serve with Grilled Veggie Vidalia Quinoa recipe.
