Two beers in 2 days. All four fermenters are full. Just spiced up my pumpkin beer today. That should be ready by Thursday. Then the big beautiful Belgian next week. Hope you're thirsty!

Well I guess this dunkle just wasn't meant to be. The first batch I lost before I even fermented it. Yesterday I came into a tripped breaker, And it got hot. Today I come down to keg it and it soured. 😢. Talk about a bummer.
