100 years ago milk was chilled and separated. The skim milk was given to the pigs, the cream was kept and used for making all the wonderful dairy products. By the 1980s everyone had forgotten the process, and there was a glut of skim milk in the industry... They campaigned to feed you hog milk and tell you it was healthy-and you all fell for it! I'll take my 97 percent fat free milk thank you. You can keep the hog milk.
