C4 Farms Grass Fed Beef We offer high quality cuts of grass fed beef we raise ourselves! Our beef is 100% grass fed/ grass finished with no hormones or antibiotics.

C4 Farms Grass Fed Beef is forage fed and forage finished from start to finish on a variety of natural and cultivated grass and vegetated range land in and around Northern New Mexico. Our unique soil and grasslands at our high elevation make for a perfect environment to raise high quality beef cattle! We sell direct to consumer retail packaged beef, as well as various seasonal offerings for bulk beef purchases. Check with us if you are interested in whole, half or quarter beef purchases. We offer home delivery to the Santa Fe and Albuquerque Metro Areas. Our farm is operated by the family of Tommy and Jessica Casados. Our beef is raised on the principles of regenerative farming. Rotational grazing, healthy soil conservation and proper water consumption make our farm a sustainable agriculture production, while also enhancing and ensuring our beef are grown on the highest nutrient rich feed supply possible. Our pastures are never treated or sprayed with harmful synthetic or chemical herbicides, pesticides or fertilizers. Our beef is hormone and antibiotic free.

In our efforts to produce and distribute NM Grown Beef we have started a new brand of beef. Zia Beef Brand, a New Mexico Grown With Tradition Logo Program Approved Product. By forging strong relationships with other New Mexico cattle growers, we’ve increased our capacity to make a significant impact on the state’s beef landscape. We are committed to sustainable practices, which is why we continue to pasture-raise all of our cattle. Every cut of packaged beef comes from cattle grown by either C4 or one of several family members, neighbors, and friends who are also dedicated cattle growers. Together, we ensure that our cattle are raised with care and respect, providing our community and region with the highest quality beef.

Zia Beef Brand products are only available in our new Smart Freezer Vending Kiosks. Because the big box grocers won’t carry our products.

We are excited to announce we have teamed up with Chama Trails Motel to start a food truck at the hotel. We will be serving up C4 Burgers, C4 Brats, C4 Hot Dogs, and C4 Steak Fingers all week long. We’ve been inspired by our childhood to bring back the drinks we loved so much from Ed’s Grill. Limeades and Orangeades!! Cherry ones too!!
