Wisham Jellies

Heat + Sweet in every jar. We're locally sourced and Georgia Grown. Wisham Jellies was created out of a heck of an excess pepper crop paired with an enthusiasm for outdoor grilling and flavor experimenting. We began creatively incorporating the peppers to create what we’d like to think is the perfect Southern pepper jelly. An old, classic bell pepper-styled recipe was replaced and punched up with

spicy heat from jalapeno and habanero peppers to create our nine unique flavors that each emphasize ripe, locally grown peppers and fruit. Like a true Southerner, our distinctive characteristics and approach set us apart from any other. Our creation was a pepper jelly packed with just enough heat and mixed with fresh fruit and not juices. Wisham Jellies pepper jellies can be used to create glazes and sauces for meats on the grill, peppery vinaigrettes, sandwich spreads, and even ice cream toppings. After many Saturdays spent selling the jellies at our local farmers market and lots of sticky kitchen countertops, we decided to turn our small-batch hobby into a fulltime business. You can now find Wisham Jellies on Saturdays on cheeseboards underneath the shade of tents at a SEC football tailgate, on the shelves of gourmet retailers, in muddled cocktails out on a boat on Lake Blackshear, Georgia, and on menus in restaurants scattered around the southeast. Our pepper jellies can also be found on our online shop and in our own brick-and-mortar marketplace in Downtown Tifton, Georgia.
