Lenas Kitchen Food stylist and photographer. Recipe developer. Sharing my love for making food in the kitchen and entertaining guests. Good food is simple, fresh, and seasonal.

Eating well doesn’t have to be a budget-breaker. I believe that full flavors don’t have to be complicated and the words “from scratch” don’t necessarily mean time-consuming. As a working mom, it’s important to me to provide wholesome, flavorful and nutritious meals. Yet, most days I want to minimize my time in the kitchen so I can maximize my time with my family and friends. In this blog, I’ll share tips and tricks to make cooking more fun, more efficient and more of a family activity. When a recipe requires more effort, Ill provide suggestions for advance preparation and step-by-step instructions to keep the guesswork and stress out of the kitchen. Whether you’re new to the kitchen or have been cooking your entire life, I hope you’ll find the recipes and ideas here that will gather your family around the table and create memories that will last a lifetime. My passion and the purpose of my blog is simply this: to connect people and families through food and take the time to enjoy it.

Comment Recipe and I’ll send you the recipe! 💌 The last of summer’s juicy tomatoes + sweet peaches deserve one more moment. 🍅🍑
This Panzanella Salad is basically summer in a bowl, it’s crispy toasted ciabatta, ripe tomatoes, sweet peaches, fresh basil, creamy mozzarella or burrata, and a simple honey Dijon dressing that ties it all together.
The secret? Let it sit for 15-20 minutes before serving so the bread soaks up all that delicious dressing and tomato juice while staying perfectly chewy and crisp around the edges.
It’s the perfect side for anything coming off the grill, or honestly… good enough to eat straight from the bowl.
Save this one before summer produce disappears! 🍑🍅
