If you’ve ever done any painting, you know that the quality of the finish product has a lot to do with the preparation that goes in beforehand. The same could be said for steak. You can buy the best steak out there, but if you don’t give it the time and respect it deserves, you may be disappointed with the end result! Many people have their particular way to cook a steak, but this is my suggestion as a starting point! Certain breeds of cows are definitely known for being more curious and getting into more trouble taken care of cows is kind of like taking care of kids. Most of the time they’re fine on their own, but it doesn’t hurt to check in from time to time!
