It may be raining here now, but come Thursday when the sun makes an appearance and things start to really heat up, we’ll be sharing two new releases. They’re both perfect for the coming sunny weather and summer.
☀️The Frais à l’Orange☀️
Three year old barrels of our spontaneously fermented beer, selected for just this adventure, infused with fresh orange zest and Crosby Hops CGX Nuvo ‘fresh’ Strata and Amarillo hops.
Big orange. Big citrus. Big yum.
It’s crisp and bright and sunny and those hops just underline the orange-iness of the whole adventure.
It makes the endless zesting seem worthwhile.
☀️The Bellini☀️
This just gets it. Perfectly balanced peaches and Riesling grapes play off each other so well. Peach and zest and minerality and deliciousness for days.
Crisp, crackling, bright and beautiful.
The aged barrels of spontaneous beer build in the background and provide some delicate ye**ty funk for depth, but this is definitely your patio beer. Your feet in the creek beer. Your hot day ‘I’m not cooking dinner’ beer.
These both taste like sunlight. Couldn’t have timed it better if we’d thought to try.
