The peppers are growing, the tomatoes are setting fruit, the squash is blooming, and harvest season is getting closer every day.

This summer I hope to offer a limited number of farm bags and produce preorders featuring fresh vegetables, homemade baked goods, jams, and more.

Good Morning from the Homestead!
The final count on my five year-old apple trees:
Granny Smith: 1 🍏
Fuji: 0
Golden Delicious: 5 🍏

They are slowly sizing up and looking beautiful! This will be my first apples on these trees, so this is so exciting!

I wish I had started growing these sooner! I planted these Lisbon bunching onions not really knowing how much I’d end up loving them! 🌱

Today’s harvest:
✔ pulled fresh from the garden
✔ cleaned and chopped
✔ flash frozen for later meals

There’s something really satisfying about turning a simple harvest into food for the future.
