On Thursday April 16th Lyra kidded unassisted with a single Nubian buckling. They are so sweet together. Unfortunately he suffered a radius/ulna fracture to his right front leg but is doing very well in his splint and I am hopeful for a full recovery and doing my best to keep his splint clean and dry despite his best efforts to trash it! He is still shy and learning the bottle but once I catch him he will fall asleep in my lap. I call him “Legs” 😅 because he is all legs.
