Growing up, I (Ava) had two favorite days of the year:
1. The first c***r pressing of the season 🍎
2. Our Annual Apple Harvest Celebration — coming up October 17th!

As a kid, I couldn’t wait to get home from school and head straight to the c***r mill for a fresh glass… or sometimes a whole half-gallon jug. 😂

Today, when I heard it was time to press, I headed right up to catch the action.

As of 1:15, the first fresh-pressed sweet c***r of the season is in the market and ready to go! 🍏

We’re open Labor Day! 🍎

Come spend part of your Monday with us at the orchard. Pick Your Own Golden Delicious is available, and the market, tasting room, and Orchard Roots Café will all be open too.

We’ll have fresh-picked apples, hard c***r, donuts, and plenty of other farm favorites.

It’s a beautiful time of year here, and we’d love to see you.

🍎🍩 Well… here we go!

Judging by this throwback, I’ve been practicing for this for quite a while but…

Tomorrow we’re attempting our first batch of Apple C***r Donuts of the season!

We’re easing our way into fall a little differently this year as we figure out life with our newest little sidekick, Emmett. ❤️ But the garden keeps growing(picking the first cantaloupes this evening), the apples keep ripening, and apparently the donuts aren’t going to make themselves. 😂

Backpacks are coming out, alarm clocks are getting set, and somehow we’re packing lunches again.

Whether your school year is already underway or starts in the next few days, we’ve got fresh-picked Gala apples ready for the lunchbox pile.

Sweet, crisp, easy to tuck in a bag — and grown right here!.

Come grab some while they’re fresh.

We can’t wait for October 17th!

Fall is going to be busy! In addition to starting my second year at Bridgewater College this week, I’ve got a schedule of gigs lined up for local events that I’m really excited about. I hope you’ll join me for the following:

September 12 from 12:00-2:00 pm: Town of Broadway’s Autumn Festival on Main Street

September 26 from 5:30-8:00 pm: Broadway Hometown Partnership’s Oktoberfest at Heritage Park

October 3 from 11:00 am-1:00 pm: Mount Pleasant Farm Store Fall Festival in Fulks Run

October 17 from 2:30 pm-4:30 pm: Showalter’s Orchard’s Apple Harvest Festival
