Even though our feed cost has not decreased (actually it's only increased), the hens production is up and we are needing to bring down some of our inventory, so I plan on bringing back Thank You Thursdays until further notice. Monira Rifaat never expected to become a cattle farmer. Trained as a pathologist under the British medical system in Egypt where she was born in 1938, she arrived in the United States in the 1960s, completed her medical internship in Boston, Ma. and later finished her residency in Alexandria, Va.

🐣🐥🐔🐓 This week's focus is definitely chickens! Mail order chicks, hatching chicks, and pickup of feed for the pastured flock and new chicks! 🌾

💌 36 (sent 34) mail orders chicks, 🐣24 hatched from the incubator so far with a couple more still on the way! If you've been keeping up with our stories you've also seen my helper Porter really doing a great job helping take care of them too ❤️
