Rain....no problem. Hey, fyi, we are just about at full production, and the DOGE kids whacked the funding for Field to Family to buy our lettuce for schools and food banks. Please ask your favorite restaurants to buy local greens.
Cheap lettuce trucked in from California, and Arizona shouldn't cost $15 for a chicken salad. Not if they're paying $3 a lb for their greens.
There's a lot of lip service on some of our local menus hyping their "farm to table concept". Most don't actually do that. Buying a few mushrooms or a side of a steer a few times a year isn't exactly supporting farms locally.

For every $1 they spend with Garuda, $3 go back into the Cedar and Johnson County economies.

As always, your support through crooks, a pandemic, a recession, and everything else that has happened over the last five years has kept our resolve to keep this going. No one knows him, but my partner Jim DeBord has sunk a lot into this project, and without his love and support, we'd have been toast 3 years ago. So all of my thanks and love to him.
