We haven't been very active in awhile, and unfortunately there is a reason for that. After 4.5 years of trying to work with the city, paying engineers and architects to re-draw our plans several times over, we simply can not afford to sustain a small neighborhood 3 bbl brewhouse in Titusville.
The code requirements on the piece of land that we thought our little business would thrive on are ridiculously costly for what we would be bringing in - we would be bankrupt and closing within a year. However, I do love to brew, so we are not quitting - simply going in a different direction. It may take a little while, but you have not heard the last of Hydrosaurus Brewing! At the very least we will continue to participate in a few beer fests at the Homebrew level for a while.
Thank you to the many people that have come out and supported us, I'm truly sorry we could not make this little retirement dream of ours a realization.
