The cheese that everyone has been waiting for… Now available at the beautiful shop -

🌸 Baldauf Wildflower 🌸 is back!!!

From the Allgau region in Germany, this complex Alpine cheese is aged for 6-8 weeks then coated in a bouquet of flowers native to the hills the cows graze on. The resulting cheese rich, grassy & GORGEOUS.

We did it again!🤩 3 medals earned at the World Cheese Awards 2021 in Oviedo, Spain. With over 4,000 submissions, we were able to bring home the gold🥇 for our Alpcheese Reserve and 🥈for both our Alpcheese and Farmer Cheese! Now available exclusively with our distributor partners across the USA!
