-180x80 indoor arena with dust free fiber footing that is groomed daily
-Large outdoor arena
-Individual and group all day turnout
-Hay fed 5x per day
-Grain fed 2-4x per day
-Forage based feed program
-Individual stall fans for the warm weather
-Heated barn, no more being cold all winter!
-Barn is never below freezing, and kept at a comfortable temperature for the horses all winter
-Heated kitchen/viewing room
-Heated locker room with Individual lockers
-Blanket changes included
-Bring your own farrier or vet
