Living Local - Bristol County, MA - Real Estate Stats for Q3 are here and we are into the last 3 months of 2026! While there are some market shifts happening, it is NOT yet a buyers market! Absorption rates are still well above the, buyers market, 20% threshold! That being said - buyers out there will certainly let you know if your property is over-priced. The properties that have had price-reductions around the area are doing so because they started too high. Those priced appropriately move quickly! More inventory means more options out there for buyers! 🎃🍂👻 Find some fun local events going on around the area on Page 1! This one did NOT last!! With a solid offer coming in just ONE day after listing, it was a pure whirlwind for my clients! In the end, not sacrificing on price to give the buyers the closing timeline they preferred made the most sense in this situation! My time with 219 Nanaquaket Road in Tiverton, RI officially came to an end at the beginning of the month. What a journey it was ! The process was a special one to say the least! Not only was it important for me to get everything ‘just-right’ on this one, it was also extra important because it was my mother & father in-laws home for the past 40+ years! My husband was brought home from the hospital here & grew up here. I lived here myself for almost a year in the cottage with our (then newborn) son when we relocated from Fort Lauderdale as well 😍

It was and will continue to be a special place in their hearts and mine as well!
