Its september 1st. Winter squash hitting the stand. Still lots of tomatoes, still have some peaches and plums, red and green grapes, and some Macintosh apples on the stand now. Peppers and eggplants too.

Current Winter squash varieties: bush delicata, honeyboat delicata, Acorn, baked potato, angel hair spaghetti squash, carnival.

Theres more squash coming but we are out of space - butternut, a few black futsu, kabocha, millionare -its a hybrid, looks like decorative pumpkin but cooks like a spaghetti squash! Will slowly start putting out some decorative pumpkins and gourds in the next week and hopefully get the garlic out soon.

Minimal egg supply for now. Flock 2 is slowly coming back to laying after getting a new coop. Flock 1 is being harassed by a racoon probably and are recovering from the stress.

3 varieties of plums, so many tomatoes, canteloupe, green beans.Getting down to the last of the watermelon. Should have more of our corn(grown here) this afternoon.

Egg supply is low. Flock 2 decided to take a break.

Now off to get swiss chard and hunt for cucumbers. Hoping to get some eggplant and peppers out soon.
