Lions mane, microgreens, sourdough oh my!!
We are obsessed with finding new ways to use what we grow. Salads are great but I love being more creative with these shroom patties, with sourdough bread crumbs and the radish micro topped, stuffed sweet potato. 😋 🍄‍🟫🌱🍞
