Chef Skyler is a professional chef with thirteen years experience. He graduated with his culinary certificate from Schoolcraft College in 2009, where he trained under some of the top certified master chefs in the industry. Since then, he has served as executive chef and manager at a number of fine dining restaurants in the greater Toledo area. He has received numerous awards including Judge’s Choi
ce of Best Exotic wings at the Toledo Wing Wars, and first place in the Judge’s Corporate Category at the Toledo Chili cook off from 2015-2017. He is known for his innovative dishes and unique combinations. Skyler’s creations have been featured on Dine in the 419, Four One Nosh, The Toledo Blade, and his plating was showcased in the ITI 2022 catalog. Chef Skyler specializes in classic French cuisine, fine dining, breakfast catering, international cuisine, and wine pairings. He is available for private dinners where he will work closely to create a unique and personalized dining experience. He is also available for catering and restaurant consulting. When Skyler is not at work in the kitchen, you will find him spending time with his wife Nicole, their daughter Kensley, and their two schnoodles, Dodger and Twist.
