Thank you Cardy Family for sharing your mouthwatering Sunday dinner pictures featuring Sasquatch Family Farms pork

“Sooo good! This weekend’s Sunday dinner, with pork from Sasquatch 🫈 Family Farms” ~ Carrie

Farm facts this is our “double cut pork chop” we sell out of this cut every month. Send me a note to get on the list. It goes exclusively to our restaurants and protein box subscriptions

Backstory I’d not heard of this cut before and a very fancy chef making a private dinner at a large mountain resort called to ask for it. This pork chop has the baby back ribs still on it with two rib on every pork chop.

When we send our cut and wrap instructions to the butcher shop our meat is cut for fine dining and chefs this means you are not only getting local pork but getting cuts that are served at fine restaurants and farm to table dinners here in the PNW.

We often get asked about the specific equipment and supplies we use to keep chore time running smoothly here at Sasquatch Family Farms! 🌾🚜 Here is one of our go-to farm essentials that saves us so much time and effort every single day.

THANK YOU to fellow farmer and friend Lisa Grace for seeing us struggle mucking stalls and saying you need an upgrade

When Farm Services first toured the feedback was you don’t have a tractor you’re NOT a “real farm” more posts to come on help in theory available but not actually available.

We are a small family farm and it started with a wheelbarrow and pitch fork. We are sure grateful for the little engine that could tractor now that is held together with duck tape and prayers.

Big splurge our first year was the heavy duty wheelbarrow that has these extra heavy duty wheels. We actually have 3 of them now.

Husband chicken 🧮 math = BEST farm decision ever thanks Uncle Henry and Justin for building us chicken tractors. 🚜 we are going to need many more!

They make the grass look
So lush and dark green. Regenerative Farming is pretty cool. Every neighborhood should have a chicken tractor for the chickens@ to eat the leftovers and then turn it into amazing fertilizer.

BONUS We love having fresh eggs every day and there is something amazing about fresh farm eggs.
