Off to freezer camp they went...the first of the 2024 BEEF were butchered this morning. It definitely was an adventure. The neighbor had to be called for his tractor skills, thank you Tyler Donaldson. That "5th winter" that we've just lived through was not helpful for getting around the fields or out of them (thank you Vern Beardan for fixing those u-joints so quickly). To Eric Clark and his team at Oregon Coastal Cutters, you folks are amazing, as always and we can't imagine doing business with anyone else.

So...we have BEEF for sale. Lots of burger.

Burger boxes are $250 for 48 # (packages are 1.5 # each - 32 packages are in each box) 1.5 pounds per package.

Next date for freezer camp is in August and I've already started taking orders...so get your order in!
