🚨Barrel Aged Drop!!🚨

Our friends at Trillium Brewing Company just dropped off a huge release of beers! Including a BA Barleywine collab with the one and only, Side Project Brewing !!

Maillard - Brewed in collaboration with Side Project Brewing, this Double Barrel Aged Barley Wine spent more than two years aging in hand selected bourbon barrels. Brewed with 100% Maris Otter malt and an extended overnight boil, Maillard is our interpretation of a single malt barley wine, allowing the depth of the grain and the character of the barrels to take center stage.

The beer spent a full year in its first set of bourbon barrels before being transferred into a second round for another year of aging, creating a layered expression of oak, spirit, and malt. Pouring rich and complex, aromas of Werther’s caramel candy, brûléed sugar, soft oak, fig, and dark stone fruit rise from the glass. The palate follows with layers of caramelized sugar, ripe fig, and dark fruit, balanced by gentle bitterness. A slightly lighter, softer profile allows the barrel character to shine through.

🚨Huge Barrel Aged Drop!!🚨

Our friends at Bottle Logic Brewing • Brewery + Tap Room ⁣ just dropped off their biggest release of the year! The Fundamental series is awaited for every year and we're glad to be a part of it!!!

Fundamental Observation - Fundamental Observation 2026 • BBA Madagascar Vanilla Imperial Stout • 13.70% ABV
This year's batch reexamines the relationship between bourbon barrel character and Madagascar vanilla with one of the most expressive vanilla profiles. Conditioned on 140 pounds of Madagascar vanilla beans and meticulously blended from carefully aged bourbon barrels, this year's vintage opens with rich aromas of vanilla and oak, followed by dark chocolate, bourbon sweetness, and warming baking spice.

Fundamental Forces - BBA Imperial Tahitian Vanilla Stout • 15.10% ABV • For this years batch, we pushed this Imperial Vanilla Stout even further, resting it in a curated blend of exceptional bourbon barrels before conditioning it on Tahitian vanilla beans.

Fundamental Tropics - Rum Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Madagascar Vanilla & Banana • 14.70% ABV • When we first tasted through this selection of FO rum casks, we immediately noted banana and spiced undertones. We wanted to highlight those flavors rather than mask them. So we layered in Thirty pounds of Madagascar vanilla, dark brown sugar, and banana to help amplify the already present barrel character.

Fundamental Altitude - Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Vanilla and Spiced Cookie Butter Stout

Chromatophore - Chromatophore Bourbon & Applejack Barrel-aged Vanilla Caramel Barleywine • 13.16% ABV • Like its namesake, Chromatophore reveals itself in layers. Inspired by the specialized cells that create shifting patterns of color and light, this Bourbon & Applejack barrel-aged Barleywine evolves with every sip.
