My front porch snake series I’ve been on the front porch working on. It’s was inspired by Dolly’s Coat of Many Colors. Mine is Snakes of Many Colors.

While doing these snakes, one of the songs I listened to was Dolly’s Snakes in the Grass. That’s a different snake I’ll show you later.

These snakes aren’t completely done. They still need their butterflies and glitter. But the personalities are there.

Not bad for a 14 plus year old dog. The MLA takes me on a walk. He’s too quick to run off and disappear. So he’s been walking on a leash. Leash walking when he was younger was not something he was interested in doing.

This very good boy had to deal with Winston’s Dad taking him out to go potty. Winston’s Dad did take him to the side door and let him out. But he did not use the correct phrase “Where’s Randy”. Instead it was “Randy Come!”

So Randy did the appropriate thing and went to the front door and barked to be let in. In dealing with this not having a fence for a couple of weeks it’s nice to have one dog that loves coming home.

Check out these short Sunflowers. New this year and will be coming back again next year. These get 3-4’ tall with multiple blooms on a stem.

Stock. Another gorgeous flower I grow from seed. Has a very nice sent as well.

My mom calls them “funeral flowers” since she saw them a lot at those.
