The espresso martini, one of the most requested drinks at the Bellwether.

Now, here's a version that you can make at home using cold brewed King and Dane Coffee Liqueur and Heart of Gold Vodka

Ingredients:
2 oz Heart of Gold Vodka
1 1/2 - 2 oz King and Dane Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz Simple Syrup (optional, made of 1/2 water and half sugar syrup)
5 drops of Vanilla Extract
1 tsp of Instant Espresso (or sub 3/4 oz Strong brewed coffee)

Add the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake thoroughly (20-30 sec)

Stain into a Martini glass, if desired top with a light sprinkle of Instant Espresso Powder

Enjoy the coffee flavors with all it subtle cold brew notes and the smooth vodka kiss.

For those that inquired, we like the Medaglia d'Oro Instant Espresso, readily available and makes a fine cup of joe on its own.

After seeing the love for K&D around the city this past week we decided to spread the love and feature Kind And Dane spirits with their own page. King and Dane Coffee Liqueur Remains a strong favorite in the espresso and chocolate martini scene, while silver is killing it in daiquiris. Rounding out, the two farmhouse releases (standard and Harvest Cask single barrel) are great in both rum drinks, apple drinks, and so much more!
