A little bit of a twofer today. When people ask about fancy yet easy to make drinks with Heart of Glass or Heart of Stone, These are our go-tos: The Heart Fizz

Ingredients:
1.5-2 oz Heart of Glass or Heart of Stone
1-3 tsp quality Jam/Preserves - Strawberry or Peach
Prosecco - about 6 oz
Spig of mint

The build is simple:
1) Add your Heart of Vodka of choice to a chilled coupe glass
2) Stir in the appropriate Jam for the vodka - More jam is obviously sweeter so use the appropriate amount for your palate.
3) Top with chilled prosecco to fill the coupe glass
4) Add the sprig of mint after slapping it on the table to bruise so you can smell it while sipping

If you can't find a good local jam or preserve that meets the need, Bonne Maman US / Bonne Maman makes some great quality readily available choices for this great drink.
