At Water's Edge, we're big believers in investing in our team's growth. This week, our assistant manager, Kelly, took on a new challenge — learning to drag the rings for proper footing maintenance! 🐴 It's a great reminder that there's always something new to learn, even for those already leading the barn. Grateful for a team that supports each other through every new skill and challenge. Here's to continued learning and growth! 🌱
