Cheers to Summer Sunsets! If you want a pop of color to go with your blueberry treats, you can pick a bouquet of flowers to set it off! We didn't even get to the rudbeckia and monarda when dressing up this Goldenrod forgotten by a little picker today!

These green and white unripe berries are destined for greatness! They will be transformed through alchemical transfiguration into the MidWest Capers for the "Colonel Mustard" pizza at Footjoy Farm and Brewing. I've made my own versions and they are also great with smoked trout dip and on cheese boards and in salads!
