Our business of selling over 100 tons of select Wisconsin Cheese each year is a family tradition.It began back in the 30's when the factory was in operation at Humbird, Wisconsin between Tomah and Eau Claire on Highway 12. The factory has been closed for many years, but the

know-how of selecting quality cheese has been passed on to the store presently located at Highway 21 and I-94 at Tomah, Wisconsin and Market Square Cheese in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin on Highway 12.
