It's been a little over 10 years since we've had a new cattle dog on the farm. Even then, we didn't have much for cattle either, just a couple feeder steers and some horses.
JaiCe Maas put Sig on the cattle today, and we think he just might turn into something🤞

Adam & Jess (the eldest J) won Best Appetizer 🏆 at their seasonal campground this weekend serving Hereford Beef (last year's steer)....using the recipe below!
❄️We recommend cutting your beef into cubes while it's slightly frozen and marinating overnight!
🐂 sirloin & tenderloin cuts

This Thai chili spiced beef is better than a ride in a Tuk-tuk. Fiery flavor will still have your guests screaming and shouting-- for more meat.

Quick little photo dump😁

The black baldy(Olive) IS a twin, just not with the udder-brother next to her😂
Olive was a rejected twin that we were bottle feeding. Once a few more calves were born and the whole group moved to the Mooternity Ward, a couple of cows took to feeding her, then Olive weaned herself off the bottle in favor of her adopted moms🤷‍♀️
