New Customer Alert! The Fireside Supper Club has been ordering our lettuce for a few months. When you order, your meal comes with a side salad (unless you order a fish fry on Fridays). They also have yummy soup and salad options for a meal. My photo is a salad with chicken...delicious!

Did you know that every part of the cilantro plant can be eaten? Even the flowers, seeds, and root! I have been growing lots of cilantro in the greenhouse and it's a staple in my flower garden. The tiny pollinators love the little flowers.

The following is an easy yummy recipe for CILANTRO LIME RICE.

🌿 INGREDIENTS
3 cups extra long grain rice or basmati rice (cook your favorite way)
1/2 lime (squeeze for the juice)
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
2 tsp vegetable oil

🌿 INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium bowl, combine chopped cilantro, lime juice, rice, and oil. Toss or fold until completely mixed.
