Hey y’all… to start, I’ve been in the food and beverage industry for 15 years and I also operated my own food trailer during 2020.

I am taking pre orders now for pick up next Monday May 15th. Pick up is in Montgomery Creek Ranch (45 & 242). Please message me to secure your order.

$12.50/plate which includes chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, buttered corn, and cream gravy on the side.

Hey y’all… I know it’s been a while, but, I am opening back up slowly but surely. I’m starting as a Cottage Food business where I will cook and deliver meals.

I want to offer Family Meal Deals that will be $50/family of 4. My background is in food and beverage for 15 years and I operated this page with my own food trailer (Chesney’s Country Fried Steak Food Trailer) during 2020.

I haven’t been active on it for 2 years because operating during covid (2020) was a STRUGGLE between food shortages and inflation. I took a job in sales during these past 2 years, but am switching directions.

I can only accept up to 8 families per day and will be trying this only twice per week, probably Sundays & Tuesdays (to start this coming Tuesday September 27). I’ll post the menu soon, and again, only the first 8 families will be accepted. I strive to provide quality product over quantity.

Hey y’all! I haven’t posted in a while because I made the decision to lease my food trailer for 3 months. Well, the 3 months is over and the trailer is back home.

I’m moving in a different direction with it, a very delicious, exciting direction. Just keep following and I’ll keep you posted 😉
