Want more summer sausage, snack sticks, and other value-added products from your deer?

Here's something to think about!

If you want LOTS of value-added products, consider having one or both hams ground instead of keeping them as whole muscle cuts.

That gives you more meat available for your favorite processed products!

⚠️ Remember, choosing to have your ENTIRE deer made into summer sausage can result in a VERY expensive processing bill.

We want our customers to understand their choices before placing their orders!

Patterson’s Butcher Shop is a donation drop-off location, and it costs the hunter $0.00 to donate!

Kentucky's Youth-Only Fi****ms Deer Season runs October 10 through October 18, 2026!

That means there's still time to make some memories in the woods!

Whether your young hunter gets a big buck, a doe, or simply enjoys time outdoors, we hope they have a season they'll never forget!

🥩 Patterson's Butcher Shop is accepting whole field-dressed deer 7 days a week!

❤️ And don't forget, you can donate your deer to Hunters for the Hungry at NO COST!
