Circle D Herefords is proud to say we have consigned lots 24 and 25 as open yearling heifers. Both have been DNA tested and lot 25 has been confirmed Homozygous polled. Our first calves by our newest herd sire 4B 178J WESTBROOK 2311 ET have made their arrival. We’ve been super excited and pleased with the amount of calving ease and vigor this sire has passed on to his offspring. With more on the way we are excited to see the rest along with their results at weaning time.

Here at Circle D we are on a bit of a bull streak but we are enjoying both the rain and healthy calves the big guy upstairs has sent our way.

Fall Calving season is kicking off at Circle D Herefords. First calf of the year is by out herd bull BOYD MILESTONE 1011 and his 10 year old dam is WCN MISS REV Y345 521 who went from calving in October 20th last year to August 28th this year. Second calf of the year is by JW 1857 Merit 21134 and his dam WCN MISS ONWARD 728 2115 who went from calving on September 14th last year to August 29th this year. Here at Circle D Herefords we strive to add pedigree, and phenotype. But most in importantly pounds and fertility. cattle
