We have been trying to get back on track with Selling Our Organic NON GMO Locally Farmed Produce, All Fruit Jams, Hot Sauces, Tomato Sauces and Salsa's for the last 4 years. We are still in Court to get Egress and Access to Our Crops as well as Unnecessary Harassment from One Individual and a Township.
I Will keep anyone interested Posted on here.

The Last Trial Court date is Scheduled for April 11th 2022.
Bear in Mind that I have been saying that every month for 4 years now.

I Need Help so I can continue to help others. I have a neighbor who has targeted me and has stopped my businesses by constant calls to Police, Local, and County Authorities for years. I have been in compliance and have not been issued any summons or fines.
I can handle it but the fact that from 1993- 2016 I was able to donate a large amount of my fresh produce ( Corn, Tomatoes, Peppers ect) and Jars of food to local Foodbanks, Church Food pickups, Homeless lunches ect. and also help with Building Houses in Cooperation with the Habitat for Humanity as well as Fire Damaged Homes too.

There is much more. Now I SIMPLY CAN NOT! I am only one person and between this neighbors cameras in Our home and Yard 24 hours a day. I can not plant enough by myself to help those who need it the most. That really is what truly bothers me is the Children, and Families that really can use free Organic Fruit and Vegetables now more than ever!
Any Advice? I am trying to do as much as I can in between the Surveillance and the phone calls to authorities this year by this neighbor even though I have done nothing wrong they still come out to investigate.
Any Thoughts of Advice are Quite Welcomed!!

We have been Organic before produce was called Organic. When I started selling in 1994 on the roadside at Our Bayville Farm Organic meant don’t add DDT or Pesticides.

Hello Happy August!
It is Peach Picking time from the Orchards of Pennsylvania and We are Bringing them back to New Jersey! All of the Peach varieties are 2 weeks ahead of schedule so We are picking "Sweet Sues" right now instead of August 30-September 7th like every other year.
We are making All of Our Wonderful Peach Jams this year with the varieties: Loring, Flaming Fury, Red Haven, SunCrest, CrestHaven, Donut, RedTop, and Sweet Sues!
This Year We will be making:
1.) Peach Bellini ( Peaches in Champagne.
2.) Drunken Peaches ( Peaches in Bourbon)
3.) Peach Butter
4.) Peachy Vanilla
5.) Peach Berry Almond
6.) Peach Moscato ( Brand New)
7.) Rosy Peach Banana
8.) Strawberry Peach
9.) Peach Salsa

If You haven't heard the news Yet We are going to be in Foodtown Supermarkets starting in September.
The 1st Three Locations We will be available in are:
1.) Sea Girt Rt 35
2.) Red Bank Rt 35 ( Broad Street)
3.) Atlantic Highlands Rt 36
And Eventually all of them. We will be setting up tasting tables for sampling, giveaways, Free Baskets Ticket drawings at these locations in October. We will publish the dates as soon as they become available.

This year We will be setting a few new records!
1.) The Most Tomatoes We have ever grown
2.) We will sell the most Basil plants We have ever sold. ( This years Purple Basil has been making my workers hungrier for lunch than previous years- HaHaHa)
3.) I'm going out on a limb here.... This years Strawberry Moscato Jam will set a new 1st year volume entry which is currently held by Peach Bellini Jam.
4.) This is the 1st year We are going onto Multiple Supermarket Shelves in the Health, Organic, Gluten-Free, Vegan Sections. Sample: Strawberry Jam Ingredients: Fresh Organic Strawberries 🍓, Sugar, Low Sugar Pectin, Spring Water. That's it Non-GMO, Organic, Locally Grown, Picked at its prime, No Chemical Sprays- Just Lemon Juice Spray sometimes for insects, No Preservatives, No Artificial Colors, No Additives, The Sugar added is just enough to activate the Low Sugar Pectin in order to make the Jam spreadable and Strawberries do not have natural pectin. Our Apples in the Fall Do So --- Apple Cider Butter Ingredients: Fresh Organic Apples, Fresh Apple Cider, Saigon Cinnamon and Madagascar Vanilla Bean Pods. That's it- Yum!
5.)We are adding a 3rd Gravy (Sauce) this year because of all the Tomatoes We are growing and I'm going to have a free taste test samplings at Our locations : 804 Main Street Toms River attached to Shut Up and Eat and "The Tent" at 511 Batchelor Street. I'm letting The Customers pick the name for the Gravy (Sauce) this year because We are going on the Supermarket Shelves and all of my loyal customers can see the name they helped pick in person! The 2 previous Gravies still huge sellouts are 1.) Bruno's Sicilian Gravy and 2.) Cacciatore Summer Sauce.
I know You All will pick an Awesome, Catchy Name for sure!

Wow, Time to Order for this years season already! If you don't order early it is really hard to get a lot of the Gourmet & Organic Specialty Tomatoes and Hot Chile Peppers, as well as Rhubarb & Champagne Raspberries!
I'm still trying to make Cranberry and Apple Jam combinations- lol

These are the Sweet Sue variety Peach that We get every year and sell by the Peach and in jars like Peach Bellini, Peachy Vanilla, Drunken Peaches ( In Bourbon), and Peach Butter. If You ever get the chance try them, We sold out in one day, there is always next year- always at the end of August!

ALL of the above will start to be available to try and or buy at Our Shut Up and Eat location at 804 Main St. Toms River, NJ after July 4th.
