So how many of you have met me at a local market and then all of a sudden…
We end up in this serious FOOD discussion. We start to envision what you’re going to do with that loaf you just picked up… 💭

Well this is it.

Pesto stuffed mozzarella focaccia.
Sliced through the middle, cut into 4s.
Fried in.. Yup, you guessed it. Butter & Olive oil.
Pile it high with grilled chicken, fresh shaved prosciutto, more mozzarella (because why not), roasted red peppers, ARGULA (don’t be me. don’t forget the arugla).
Finish it with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
