Planning to or considering supporting a fair kiddo and purchasing a market animal at NCW Fair, Ferry County Fair or Okanogan County Fair?!?! If so have you called your butcher and got it on their calendar?!?! If not, DO IT!! It is much easier for planning for your butcher to know what to expect!!
