Our crowd favorite, Wyatt, is behind the counter today at Aeneas Valley Country Store and ready to help you with whatever you need. Whether it’s snacks, drinks, groceries, fuel, or just a friendly face, he’s got you covered.

While you’re here, be sure to stop by and visit the NCW Libraries team set up right here in our parking lot! They’re helping with library cards, answering questions, and bringing library services out to the valley. They’ll only be here until around 2:00 PM, so don’t wait too long!

🌄 A Homecoming in Aeneas Valley! 🌄

Trinity Hightower Stucker will be at Aeneas Valley Country Store / Not Doug’s Country Kitchen & Espresso on Saturday, July 11th from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM, and we would love for you to stop by!

Come grab lunch, a shake, or a coffee, enjoy the beautiful mountain view, and take a few minutes to meet Trinity, visit, ask questions, and talk about the future of Okanogan County.

This stop is especially meaningful. Trinity grew up in Aeneas Valley, and the people, families, land, grit, and old-time homesteading spirit of the valley helped shape who she is today. Aeneas Valley is not just another campaign stop — it is home.

A big thank you to Doug and Rose Isler, who continually open their business and their hearts to the community by hosting events, fundraisers, and gatherings that bring families and neighbors together.

NEW FLAVOR ALERT!

You asked… we kept making coffee.

Our bottled Not Doug’s Espresso drinks have been flying off the shelves, and we’re working as fast as we can to keep them stocked. As demand grows, we’ll keep growing right along with it.

This week we’re adding TWO incredible flavors:

• Mountain Berry White Chocolate Mocha – our newest signature blend. Sweet, smooth, and unlike anything you’ve tasted before.

• Toasted Marshmallow Mocha – imagine a marshmallow on a stick around a campfire with friends in a bottle. Rich chocolate, toasted marshmallow, and our house-made cold brew espresso. It’s ridiculously good.

Every bottle is made right here using our own Not Doug’s cold brew espresso, real milk, and premium flavoring. That’s it. No shortcuts.

Available exclusively at the Aeneas Valley Country Store, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, seven days a week.

Meet our newest employee, Wyatt.

Now before anybody gets excited, he’s not actually on payroll. Apparently he works strictly for snacks, cold brew, and the occasional milkshake from Not Doug’s.

Wyatt has been asking for months if he could come help Uncle Doug at the store, and today is finally the day.

He’s stocking shelves.
He’s helping customers.
He’s carrying ice.
He’s running around the store making sure everything is exactly where it’s supposed to be.

He’s also a tough negotiator.

His compensation package includes a Not Doug’s bottled cold brew, unlimited conversation, and the ability to remind me every 15 minutes that he’s “working.”

Truth is, seeing a young man who wants to work, wants to help, and takes pride in doing a good job is pretty darn cool.

Good work ethic never goes out of style.

Nice job today, Wyatt. You’re earning that cold brew… and probably that milkshake too.
