The Blubaugh Angus Ranch was founded in 1893, by Cletus Blubaugh, one of the youngest participants to stake a claim in the Cherokee Strip Land Run - the largest land run in US history. Blubaugh lived in a dugout for seven years and eventually purchased the current site of the Ranch from an Osage Tribe member. The operations and facilities have grown over the years to now include: the home that was

built in early statehood, vintage barns, grain storage, cattle, horses, oil tanks, equipment, and pasture. The 2000 acre working farm includes a small grain and haying operation and registered Angus cattle. Come April, Blubaugh Angus Ranch will have their Annual Bull Sale. The family has recently purchased an elite low birth weight registered Angus bull, SAV Voyager 1039. Be looking in the latest semen catalogs for Voyager!
