Let’s start the week with a little flock talk! When you step outside in the morning, which member of your flock is always the first one to greet you—or demand breakfast like they haven’t eaten in three years? 😂

🐣 Good morning from The Chick Cradle!

There is something wonderfully peaceful about starting the day with the sound of chickens chatting, ducks demanding breakfast, and one particularly dramatic bird announcing that it has been neglected for at least twelve whole minutes. 😂

As we prepare to get The Chick Cradle active again, we would love to hear from our fellow poultry lovers:

🐣 THE CHICK CRADLE IS COMING BACK! 🐣

After taking a little time away, it’s officially time to start getting The Chick Cradle back up and running! 💛

We’ll be spending the next several weeks cleaning, organizing, preparing pens, planning hatches, and getting everything ready to get back in action!

That means babies, feathers, incubators, chaos, and all the adorable little peeps we’ve been missing. 🐥🦆

We’ll be sharing updates as we get closer, including what breeds we’ll have available, hatch plans, and reopening information.

Thank you to everyone who has continued following and supporting us while we’ve been away. We’re excited to get back to doing what we love!

Homeward bound! 🐥💛

We’re finally making our way back, and that means it’s almost time to get back to doing what we love—raising healthy birds, helping our farm friends, and filling the brooders again.

If you’ve been waiting for chicks, quail, hatching eggs, or just have questions, keep an eye on the page! We’ll be posting updates as soon as we’re home and back into our routine.

Thank you for hanging in there while we were away. We can’t wait to see everyone again and get back to farm life. The chaos may have taken a vacation… but it’s ready to come home!

We are finished with fest #2 and heading home after one more stop! Although incubation is on hold until September we do have some chicks growing out and boy are they beautiful. I’ll update with photos as soon as I get home. Can’t wait to get back to my homestead.

Our work adventure has brought us to the beautiful Electric Forest Festival, and while we’re away, we wanted to check in with all of our Chick Cradle family! We’ve been enjoying the sights, sounds, and amazing atmosphere while making memories along the way.
