Hi everyone, old and new to this account. This account is now going to be run by Aiden Aagard and Asher Clark. This is the account that AJ Conlin used for his families ice cream shop. We would like to thank AJ for trusting us with this family business. We both are very sorry that it took us so long to start up the shop this summer! But we plan on getting it done and open very soon.

My heart is so full, and I couldn't miss the opportunity to post here. Because of the generous support from everyone who ordered ice cream from me, I was able to be a part of this incredible team's journey. This time last year, we were beat down. We had just taken 2nd to last in Division III Latin Medley finals (20th out of 21 teams).

Then, the unthinkable happened. Our amazing choreographer we had come out, Casey Treu, gave us the most incredible Latin Medley we I have ever had the chance to be a part of. He captivated our imaginations with ideas of lights, a digital world come to life through dance, and ultimately, a Division I birth. We weren't so sure about that one, but we didn't know just what we were in for. With all of this laid out on the table in front of us, Tron was born.

Over the course of 8 or so months, we fined tuned our technique, formations, facings, and a slew of other painstakingly tiny details to be able to clean our Latin Medley, as well as make sure all of the lights worked. It wasn't an easy process, with many sleepless nights and iterations of different components. We finally ended up at Nationals, and for the first time in Stansbury High School Ballroom history, we made Division I Finals for Latin Medley. (We also made Division II Finals for our Ballroom Medley, also choreographed by Mr. Casey Treu.)

We set out to compete our Standard Medley, Excalibur, at Divison II Finals on Thursday, ending with the best our high school has ever done in the Division II Standard category. We gave Excalibur a bang of an exit.

Our journey took us back to Nationals on Saturday, where we competed Tron against the best teams in the United States. We competed against prestigious dance studios such as BYU Youth A and B1 (Utah), Extreme Ballroom Youth (Idaho), Pacific Ballroom Dance Company (Washington), and Island Style Dance Studio (Utah). Stansbury was THE ONLY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE DIVISION I CATEGORY. Tron was astounding, and the results were as follows:

Ladies and Gentlemen, the Stansbury High School Ballroom Team (Bury Ballroom) is the FOURTH BEST IN THE NATION in the Latin Medley Category!!! That's something worth celebrating. Can I get a Boo-Yah???

An emotional ending to a story developing for over a decade. My siblings started the business, and I finished it. My final delivery goes to my brother, Daniel, who was the original one to start it all. Thanks foremost to my parents for teaching me the value of a dollar and how to be responsible with my money. Thanks to my siblings, Daniel and Hannah for all the work they did with me, allowing me to help them throughout the years, even when I was a nuisance. Thank you for my neighbors, especially those in Overlake who made this all possible and for giving us the confidence to keep going. Thank you to Tooele County for making these last 2 years incredible. Opening up for online orders was a bit of a gamble that paid off because of you guys. Lastly, thank you to the kids who knocked on my Aunt's door in Murray selling FatBoys, who gave us this whole idea.

Well... it's been real guys, but this is my final delivery... ever. After 8 or so years of grinding business, it's time for my family and I to finish off the ice cream delivery business. It's seen 4 kids, countless coolers, and hundreds of smiling faces as people receive their precious cold treats. Thanks to all of your generous donations, I have had the opportunity to develop my skills at the Cedar Valley Ballroom Summer Camp, where they bring in professional coaches from around the state (and the world) to improve technique and spark imagination in dance!
