This one’s pure fun in a cup. Grown by John Rodriguez at his farm Río Negro in Huila, Colombia, this rare Bourbon Papayo gets the advanced washed process bringing out the playful side of the variety while keeping everything clean and balanced. The cup boasts notes of bubble gum, watermelon candy and a juicy melon-like sweetness.

We want our coffee bags & labels to be like walking through a library.

Not everyone will read the thrillers or the sci-fi books but at least you know where to find them.

That’s our intention with our labels.

We hope to contribute to a more approachable culture within specialty coffee and that starts with how we present our coffees.
