Shift Lead Position

As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your shift or supporting other managers as needed. This includes supervising cashiers and stockers to ensure customer service standards are consistently met and exceeded.

Key responsibilities include maintaining store organization, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers. You will also be responsible for balancing cashier drawers, reconciling the office at the end of the night, and preparing the daily bank deposit. During daytime shifts, you will work alongside the Store Manager other management to learn opening procedures and additional operational tasks.

This role requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to take on a variety of management duties as assigned.

Able to lift 50LBS
Walk up and down stairs consistently
This position will begin as part-time, with strong potential to transition into full-time based on performance. You will be an important part of our management team.

Please note: The store is closed every Sunday.

Looking to hire a reliable closing stocker! We close at 8pm Monday-Friday and 6pm on Saturday. Closed every Sunday. Fast paced work environment. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. In charge of keeping produce, eggs, milk, ice cream, etc stocked. Bringing in shopping carts. Maybe hop on register to help during busy times. Come in at apply today!!

These have been our hours for 3+ years now. I know Google says we close at 8pm on Saturdays. It's been changed multiple times but goes back to 8pm. Google is inaccurate. I apologize for any confusion. We close at 6pm on Saturdays.
